If you would like to move a few items or single items interstate we work on a prepayment system and payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard via your booking form.
For larger orders and house moves we can accept a 30% deposit with the balance paid prior to uplift.

Deliveries are conducted within the hours of 6.00am -10.00pm Monday – Friday unless prior arrangements have been made with our team. If you have specific needs please contact our office prior to booking.

Sometimes we do come across sellers that can be a little difficult but this would be on a rare occasion. Once you have placed your order we contact the seller on your behalf and negotiate a time to pick up the item.

Yes, this can be done. We will follow the instructions that you give us but in the event that the item is damaged or stolen after delivery we will not take responsibility for this. Photos will be taken of the delivery to substantiate delivery.

We have a new system that will make Lift and Load experience extra special. Expect an SMS from us, it will go something like this: “Your driver from Lift and Load is on the way and will be arriving in approximately 19 minutes. Please call 1300155550 for any other queries.” Isn’t that great?

We do not carry any dangerous/hazardous or illegal items, if your item differs from the normal please contact us to clarify.

Yes, If you wish to alter pick up or delivery address details this must be done as a matter of priority. Our routes are based on where the items are going to. In the event that the delivery address is updated after the schedule has been finalized additional charges may apply based on the distance the truck may need to take out of our way.

All items are wrapped in thick removals padding to ensure the safe transport of your items.
You are welcome to wrap items in bubblewrap for additional protection but please DO NOT wrap artworks or canvas in bubblewrap or plastic as they sweat.

Our specialised service can take up to 7-14 days as we don’t like to outsource, we like to complete your job with only our trained staff. This does take time, if you require a specific dates for collection or delivery we suggest that you contact our office to see if we can accommodate this.

A client’s credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant’s bank.
